Hypnotherapy is known to be a very effective treatment for many ailments, issues and problems, however, the content of my recordings and my website and the information provided on them should be regarded as being a complimentary therapy.

Do NOT listen to my downloads if you suffer from epilepsy, clinical depression or any other nervous or psychiatric condition, if in doubt, please consult a Doctor.
